Flip the first switch in the second row. 
Flip the second switch in the second row. Some of the fuses will blow when power is directed to them. If the bar is depleted before power is fully routed, all the switches will be reset to off. Each time a switch is thrown, the bar on the left decreases by 1. This puzzle requires activating switches so that power flows from the upper left to the lower right, but there are complications:. Go to the panel beneath the red light and pull off the cover. Optionally try to listen to a message from the dead body. Return to the manual override panel and pull the "FLUSH" lever. To the right of those, pull the lever to activate the pressure pump. Open the two valves to the right of the panel. Remove the panel underneath the "MANUAL OVERRIDE" sign. 
Power correctly routed through the fuse box
Optionally listen to a message from the body near one of the support struts. Continue following it until it turns to the left, at which point keep going straight ahead until a structure with yellow and red lights is visible ahead to the left. Follow the path ahead past the white light. Optionally listen to the message from the body to the right.
